The company was established 10. May 2015.
December 2015 the company effected a share issue and now consists of 16 large and small shareholders. 1. January 2016 Sverre Magnus Holen was appointed as CEO. Sverre Magnus has over 13 years experience from Vinmonopolet, chef at Imjelt Pitch & Putt, holder of Holen Food and Wine, and has education among others from WSET, Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
Structure Wines AS Imports and distributes wine to businesses that sell or serve the end user. Our wines are selected from quality suppliers we are proud to present to the Norwegian market. On our Facebook page you can read more about our activities.

“Structure” refers to the relationship between the different components of wine, to describe the body of a wine and how it feels in the mouth, such as the difference between skim milk and heavy cream. It is the relationship between the elements in a wine that make its structure, the balance between tannins, acidity, alcohol and sweetness creates mouthfeel. The structure itself does not describe the taste of wine, but it will give you an idea about the character.
